For nearly 15 years I’ve been working for Harley-Davidson dealerships, and I’ve learned a lot along the way. First as a Motorclothes Associate, then Riding Academy/Rider’s Edge Assistant, Motorclothes Manager, Event Coordinator, H.O.G. Manager, and Marketing Manager.

The best thing about Marketing at a H-D Dealership is that I get to work with each of the departments: Sales, Service, Parts & Accessories & General Merchandise/Motorclothes.

Now I’m taking what I’ve learned and offering to help you with:

• Website Design - Working with Dealerspike, Go Daddy, Power Sports Network, Room 58, and Squarspace. I can create content for your news articles and other webpages, streamline & power up your website navigation, and create web banners with links to go exactly where you want them to go. All the while helping to improve your analytics.

• Customer Contact - Cultivating your contacts into succinct lists, creating simple to use email templates in your CRM, providing email subject lines that will get opened, and creating e-newsletters that will get your dealership noticed. My current email open rate is 35%, with a click-through rate of 12-15%.

• Flyers & Ads - You name the topic & I’ll design a unique piece of content just for your needs. From Bike Nights to Sales and Special Events and everything in-between. Working with H-D Net AMP and my publishing program, I’ll create content that is just for your dealership - not a generic template that’s been sold to hundreds of others. You will stand out!

• Employee Training - Have a New Hire that you need quickly brought up to speed? I am familiar with H-D Net and the H-D Training Portal. I can guide them through that process as well as AMP, CIM+, CXI, Dealer Digital Analytics Dashboard, Dealer Event Entry, DSS, e-Service, GDIS, H.O.G. Management including Mileage Submissions, In-Store Ordering Solution/eCommerce, Kit Inquiry, PAM Lookup, Ordering & Order Inquiry, Parts Locator, Retail Excellence Report Zone, and Vehicle Information.

• Photography - Have a special event coming up and you’d like to have a dedicated professional familiar with the Biker Culture there to capture those memories? I can do that too!! Please tell me of your event at least 4-6 weeks out so I can make arrangements to travel.

I am very familiar with Harley-Davidson’s PAM/MAP Policy, and so I know what to do and what not to do - the majority of my work does not need to be revised.
